GFAVIP Club is a members-only community space for live networking tables, group sessions, broadcasts, and related participation.

Information we process

We process the identity provided by GFAVIP Wallet, including your account identifier, username, email, membership tier, profile image, and available member details. We also process room participation, permissions, moderation actions, diagnostic events, and the audio, video, or screen sharing you deliberately enable.

Live media and recordings

Camera, microphone, and screen sharing remain off until you choose to enable them and grant device permission. Authorized team members may start a meeting recording where the interface displays a recording notice. Recordings may contain participant names, voices, video, screen shares, and room activity.

Use, sharing, and retention

Information is used to authenticate members, operate live rooms, enforce access and safety controls, troubleshoot problems, and preserve authorized recordings. Live media is delivered through LiveKit. Recordings are retained only while needed for the community purpose, administration, security, or legal obligations. Diagnostic and security records may be retained for a limited period.

Your choices

You can keep camera and microphone disabled, leave a room, report a concern, or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@shadstone.com.
